Yes, Ashwin. Tamil community has started working on these. Most of the topics seem matching the popular interest (Our most visited article is Sachin Tendulkar) and home work needs of school students :)
However, http://tools.wmflabs.org/wikitrends/bengali-most-visited-this-month.html doesn't make sense. Bengali community needs to verify if the reporting is unusual. I have also pinged the developer to get stats for all Indian language projects. Ravi
