Dear Bodhisattwa And Wikimedians From West Bengal User Group,

Either it be the executive committee members at Wikimedia India or the
staff at Access to knowledge team at CIS, the crux of the problem has been
having no women Wikimedian having any representation, hence a larger void
for the unheard voices in decision making and platform for representation.

Could be that West Bengal User Group introspect here and decide on keeping
Women community members outside this clause.

Abhinav
