Hi I have some concerns about your criteria of experience. It is only considering the online activity but is completely ignorant towards the offline work. Following the information on meta, I wouldn't qualify for instant registration. I registered earlier, but there might be others interested but won't meet the criteria requirements. If you are extending the option of instant registration, it should be open to all wikimedians.
