Hi all, I joined the Kenyan Wikimedia list early this year; I started editing pages following my attendance of Wikimania last year.
I have been following this discussion thread; whereas I was not part of Wikimedia in Kenya, I get the gist of what transpired, and what needs to be done moving forward. You can include me as one of the six minimum members required to organise a meeting to jumpstart the movement in Kenya. Cheers. Lereko Moronge Obonyo, PO Box 58028 - 00200, Nairobi. Oliver, I am still calling on folks interested to join the User Group model so that we can re-establish a membership based on interests and commitment. Am assuming we will have to get new commitment from folks. So far we have : Dennis, Oliver, Steve and I. when we get to 6, we can have our 1st meeting. Yes?
