Oh it's worse than that. It's a well-defined geographic, and cultural, identity invented by George IV's PR man. The fact that people have tried to build a nationalist identity around it is vaguely sickening. "Wikimedia Alba" would at least have the advantage of being a somewhat authentic identity.
