What should British editors who are hoping for financial support to attend
Wikimania 2012 do to apply for it? Do we apply through the WMF's system (which
is open for the next 10 days), or is WMUK going to have its own process?
I know July seems a long way away, but if we're to apply through the Foundation
process, we need to know before that process closes.
