Hi Harry, I'm working on this at the moment (my next email's going to the Wikimania organisers). Hopefully the answer will be via the main Wikimania scholarships program, but we don't know for sure yet. So at the moment I'd recommend applying via the main scholarships program at: http://wikimania2012.wikimedia.org/wiki/Scholarships and make sure you tick 'yes' to the option to share info with chapters at the end of the application form.
In the worst case scenario, you may have to re-apply via a WMUK process later on. More soon...
