So the vandal either did this with a smartphone, or some other three mobile 3G device (dongle, tablet, 3G-enabled laptop). Checkuser will 'out' the browser ID, and that can be handed to [email protected] as a complaint about the user in question. I'd be tempted to back it up with rough stats on how many people this individual shocked/offended in the time that, and other, templates were vandalised (for {{NPG name}}, about 2 minutes.
