Thanks David. With regard to cooling it, I suppose it is hard to stop my experience and long term frustration in being unable to follow through or have a frank discussion on essential changes the charity needed and still needs from leaking out in my emails.
I'll consider how to share more of my experience of my time as a trustee in line with the ethical values of openness and honesty agreed to in the Trustee Code of Conduct.
