A moot point. Or a chicken and an egg issue? I was not allowed to raise a motion from the floor "that the question be not put" at the 2014 AGM (with regard to a Members' Resolution). In other words, after some discussion, I wanted discussion of the item stopped and no decision being taken. As I recall, the Chair said that no further resolutions could be taken, even this (procedural) motion.
