Hello everyone, This is the last notification that I will be sending out about Wikimedia South Africa's Annual General Meeting which will take place from 10:00am onwards tomorrow, 1 October 2022.
As a quick reminder, here are a few things to prepare you for the AGM tomorrow that I have cut-and-past from the AGM pack email. It is *especially important to fill out this form if you will not be attending but would like to appoint a proxy *to vote on your behalf. Please also remember to check if your chapter membership is up to date; only active chapter members are allowed to vote at the AGM.
