Dear Community members, FYI I have sent the mail below on 24 Jan to the language committee for the approval of Odia WikiQuote. The test project approval criteria is fine. But the reason of the project being hold is: Based on interaction of some employee of Redhat Wikimedia foundation Language committee has heard that the spelling of Wikipedia (ଉଇକିପିଡ଼ିଆ) is incorrect. Because of that the incubator project is not being approved. Language committee has not replied back my or informed the community the reason of this. So, I request you all to give your suggestion with regard to this. According to Wikipedia policy suggestions regarding any major changes are never taken from a non-Wikipedian. In this case a group linguist can only give a view and t your info the person who has informed the language committee about the spelling error is not one.
