While I am certainly no Oriya pandita, personally, I would spell it as ୱିକିପିଡିଆ . I understand from others who are more well-versed in Oriya than me that the current spelling, ଉଇକିପିଡ଼ିଆ is acceptable. To me, ଉଇ instead of ୱି seems fine, but ଡ଼ instead of ଡ seems strange: That is not how it is pronounced in English.
