In line with Bodhi's comments, I feel that there are several other communities which have been left out in this consultation process. I completely understand that CIS-A2K is trying to accommodate their best to represent all the voices, but it would be even better to include the "major" communities and movement affiliates. I know it is too late to change Samir's plan, but it would be great if CIS-A2K can support representatives from certain communities to participate in-person and voice their opinion about the branding strategy. Physically participating can have much more impact than a remote call.
All Wikimedians from Northern Indian can easily come to Delhi, and South ones Bengaluru. At least, if you think 18th is too close, 21st in Bengaluru can be a good option to invite some experienced Wikimedians (say five people from communities those which haven't been consulted).
