The boxes are a known issue. The English Wikipedia has chữ Nôm (obsolete Vietnamese ideographic characters) under the Vietnamese header, and the original font didn't support these characters. The vi-arimo only uses Latin-script words.
It would be nice, however, if the CAPTCHA tool could source its words from the Vietnamese Wikipedia, which currently has 29,173 more Vietnamese words.
