Hi Konstantinos, I have has the same issue last week. The message you want to translate/change is "Citoid-citoidtool-title" and "Citoid-citoiddialog-title". I created it last week locally [1] and my wife changed the translation on translatewiki.net [2][3]
It took me some time to find out the correct messages because the interface says it is "Cite-ve-toolbar-group-label" [4]. I am still not sure if it is a bug or if I do not understand something correctly :-( Regards Raimond.
