I understand the impact of the other two maintenance operations. I'm a little confused about this one. You initially say this affects some wikis and give a list. But in the end you say, "This will affect all wikis". IIUC, you intend to say that as CentralAuth-based services are affected the impact might be (indirectly) observed on all wikis.
