Hoi,
This is confusing. So there are two parts to Cite to make it work
completely. This is counter intuitive and I did not get that from the
documentation at http://mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Cite. When you say
"activated" does this mean loaded from SVN or does it mean that you have to
set specific valiues in localsettings.py for instance ?? Would it not be
better to have them named differently ??
