It needs to be updated in general...

Here's a proposal for a prettified page:

With a separate general note that we need a way to localize the message 
text:

Since this isn't a squid-level error page we probably don't have to play 
the tricks with inline CSS/JS/stuff to do the localization, but I'm not 
sure what's the most desireable thing as far as localizing the template.
