This is already done in FlaggedRevs IIRC, so it shouldn't be hard to implement. It would also be nice to see the magnutide of the number of watchers (or even the exact number; doesn't seem to add much extra vulnerability compared to the list of unwatched pages) and the list of pages (un)watched by a certain user group (some wikis have a separate group for patrollers).
