It makes more sense to me to have it be in
trunk/extensions/UsabilityInitiative/testing/.  This gives a
consistent model that even unofficial extensions can follow.  It's
also closer to how parser tests currently work -- see
trunk/extensions/Cite/citeParserTests.txt, for instance.
