Yes, sorry. I follow the instructions at "Download from SVN" typically to install MediaWiki.[1] I ran 'svn up' on two hosts today and noticed a lot of additions of files in the maintenance directory, none of which should be in there, in my view. I don't think anyone has an issue with these tests being in Wikimedia's SVN repo, but putting them in the maintenance directory that end users checkout seems unnecessary and wasteful.
