Can I suggest a really simple trick to inject something new into "stagnating" wikipedia?
Simply install Labeled Section Trasclusion into a large pedia project; don't ask, simply install it. If you'd ask, typical pedian boldness would raise a comment "Thanks, we don't need such a thing" for sure. They need it... but they don't know, nor they can admit that a small sister project like source uses currently something very useful. Let they discover the #lst surprising power.
