Sorry, I don't understand this. Does @deprecate_arg signal 'we removed this,
but it was an argument before', or 'we will remove this in a future version'?
If the first - why remove it; if the second - why are
@deprecate_arg("throttle", None) and @deprecate_arg("change_edit_time", None)
still there? Those parameters are also gone...
