Yes, Gerrit handles this well (except for post-merge fixups, which
aren't handled well), and from what I've heard Github has improved and
now does a decent job as well. But I've seen other systems (such as
Barkeep) where the developers have massively underestimated the
complexity that fixups bring to pre-merge review.
