Please send the corresponding youtube links *early*. (Ideally, every time you mention the Google plus link for any talk you would include the youtube link alongside it. But at least 30 or 60 mins ahead of time should be an absolute minimum. scrambling to get the link after a talk starts and people giving you the wrong one is common and avoidable.) Are there any docs onwiki somewhere for how to run/announce a meeting?
