Since we are using meetbot, I guess at the end of the meeting the meeting leader can: * copy paste the .wiki file generated by meetbot on the wiki * reply to the announcement email with: - a short summary of the session - link to the new wiki page - the meetboot html summary and log pages Example: http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-infra/2014-November/002117.html That will be a good improvement.
