It looks like the Yandex translation API is free for up to 1 million codepoints
a day and 10 million a month. They also say the service is made
available for personal, non-commercial use only.

They terms and conditions also require software description, help pages and
that pages which use the result of the translation display hyperlinked

(How) are we going to meet this requirement?
