I'm with Florian I think your repo URL needs to look like https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/mediawiki/extensions/DynamicPageList or ssh://gerrit.wikimedia.org:29418/mediawiki/extensions/DynamicPageList.git. You can just edit your DynamicPageList/.git/config origin
