I wonder how much does it cost to run Wikiversity or Toolserver, that we
have to offer tight project to be agreed by these parties.

I always understood SS like another WMF project were WMF as a support
organization to the community may offer us on of its written-off servers.
But it looks more like, we should work on serious project, with serious
goals and serious reports etc.
