Seems to be a false positive (i.e. a false identification). what I do, in such cases is to decide to which AV I believe, and then send an e-mail to the other one, with the suspect attached (in fact - zipped with "infected" as a password, and attached). In the message I explain why I think that their product is wrong, and I also give the password (the password is in order to prevent intermediate servers (MTAs) from removing it if they identify it as a virus).
