The WinXP system CD is bootable. If your machine supports booting from CD,
then do that. You'll be able to do a repair install, or reformat or
repartition the disk and install clean.

If your machine is old enough that it's BIOS doesn't support booting from
CD, go to www.bootdisk.com and get a bootdisk that includes real-mode CD
drivers. Boot from that, then access the WinXP system CD.
