Hi Wayne & Lona, *This* kid can do that with MSPaint!
- open the image. - increase the size (attributes) in pixels by 10% or so - re-center the image. - optionally fill the "frame" with another color. - set color to white (or same as web page background) & use the spray can to blur the edges (this needs a steady hand & enough room for the mouse to do its stuff! You can always undo the last movement). - crop out the bit you want. Cheap too!
