Sited users report that the display on my computer monitor is up side down. That is, the characters on the screen are reversed. So is the mouse pointer as in the arrow now points downward. I am unable to tell any difference with a screen reader.

Hi Pranav,

The "rotation" feature disorients sighted users, but has no effect on screen readers. As far as the screen reader is concerned, the 0,0 coordinate is still at the upper left (assuming a left-right/top-bottom language/display rendering) of the *virtual display*, regardless of how it appears on the *real display* (monitor). Which explains why you could not tell any difference in the monitor's display. :)
