Answer: About 3,000 from many years. She owns a business and until recently
used AOL as her business address.
Update from her received last night: "I decided to try TrueSwitch first since
it is free. It will do similar things to epreserver and also let your contacts
know your new address. I didn’t want the latter so I deselected that option..
Thinking I might have a capacity problem at SBC, I selected to send all the
AOL filing cabinet mail to my business domain address. The software wouldn’t
run and then it told me to register and pay $20. I started reading the details
and the s/w is free if you transfer mail to one of their contracting sites (SBC
is on their list, however my domain is not). I decided to just buy epreserver
for $25 and transfer the filing cabinet directly into Outlook rather than try
the free route and send it through SBC. Going through SBC the email dates may
change and there may be a Mail Box limitation problem because I have so many
AOL emails to transfer. I'll let you know "how it works" when I make the
transfer Monday. Please thank those that provided this information from the
WIN-HOME List!!!! Pamela"
