What does the problem seem to be?  I'm still using Agent 1.93.  I'd think 
that what you'd have to do is similar to:

in AGENT.INI set:

POPPort=9999

And then in "Incoming Email" section set pop server to 127.0.0.1 and then 
REALPOPSERVER/110/yourpoplogin as the pop user, and then your password as 
the password....
