You could just search on ebay for 

thinkpad i1400 and
screen or LCD

and see what comes up. You could also do some legwork at IBM's website and 
find the fru numbers for that, this info is on IBM's website along with all 
the other ancilliary parts needed when replacing an lcd screen.

Third option is to call IBM for the part number and cost (exorbitant)
