Right click on the new menu item.
If you delete the %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe in the Target and leave it blank & apply, then the next time you left click it you will get the My Computer box listing your drives.
Once you make the change, it appears to be permanent since the Target window greys out.
Give it a try and then decide it you want to permanently change your Windows Explorer Target in the Accessories menu item.

I always have to shrink down the My Documents folder before I can get access to my harddrives.
