When I have a run-away printer, I do two things.
1. Unplug it for 15 minutes. NO printer I know of will
spool 685 jobs (and burn them to flash memory).
If it has any sort of user accessible battery, you might have to
remove that too...
2. I remove ALL paper and turn it back on. Eventually, it will
complain about the lack of paper and offer to cancel the job or jobs.
(With older HPs, all I had to do was unplug them, and give them
a little rest...)

The computer has already sent the jobs to the printer,
so it keeps printing whether the computer is connected or not. So it must still
have it's memory full. Is there a way to reset the
memory or printer to eliminate these pages??
