Yep, ZA tends to alarm on common Windows services such as LSASS
and SVCHOST, without being able to tell you whether it's benign or
not. I don't have a direct answer for you, but I for one will not run ZA
or similar software on my PC until it's made more user-friendly.

Or just Deny Access and see what stops working..... you can always
change the setting later.
What if it broke the auto-updating of your anti-virus definitions?
You might not find out until it's too late...
