At the end of the day, use what ever method of getting your mail onto
your computer you are comfortable with !! Once its there you can
manipulate it as you want.
For instance if you manually sort it into different folders, think
about how you determine which folder it should go into. Then
consider creating rules to do this automatically for you. Those
rules will/should reflect what you are doing manually !
The only drawback is if it doesn't achieve what you want. It seems
that from previous posts, if I have understood, that filtering,
folders and identities could be what is wanted !!
