I have used BackItUP on several clients to backup work to CDR's, & it has been working great. It wasn't at all hard to setup & initiate into action. It's doing it's job & I haven't received a single call about any problems with it. I have had a ton of problems with Roxio's stuff. I have someone else that had NTI's version that was included with his HP system when he bought it. He was having all kinds of trouble with making DVD's. The interface was confusing to him. I told him to get Nero & now he is very happy. I have talked to him a couple of times & he is still thanking me for the suggestion.
