But the new bankruptcy law is in effect and now no one can claim bankrupcy to erase their debts. So in this case that's already a prison term enough just to be chained to your debt until you pay it in full. ;-)
You'd better get your facts straight. No new laws have gone into effect yet and even when it does one can claim chapter 7 like always but most [NOT ALL] will have to file chapter 13 [Reorganization].
FWIW I wish I didn't know this first hand.
