I would be willing to bet that they will only include their own labor at the manufacturers location, or "maybe" at the distributor if you are very lucky... (You can count on shipping it at your own expense and waiting for "travel time" and "turn-around time" in the warranty location...)
I will also bet that if it came with a sleeve bearing fan, that is ALL you will get out of them. (Partly because that "may be" all they ever bought...)
I took mine apart and oiled it. NOTE: To "revive" any fan, you HAVE to catch it at the VERY first sign of noise. After that, the bearings are scored and will overheat and burn up the new oil (making a sticky mess). This makes the fan run slower, and worse than what you started with.
In the meantime, I got all the numbers, found the fan manufacturer, size specs, and then tracked down a fan distributor that sold that fan with those specs in a ball bearing model... (And the good ones were only $3 apiece.) I think I got extras since I tend to run things into the ground... <grin>...
Good luck with yours.

It is the chipset fan, not the cpu fan, with the Abit logo on it The company I purchase from has agreed that it is in warranty, but I want a ball bearing fan, and don't know whether they cover labor or not
