So what do you use in it's place Gary?
For anti-virus I use the free version of eTrust EZ: http://my-etrust.com/microsoft
For Internet security, when connected to my home DSL I use only the security
built into my router (as well as keeping updated with MS patches, etc.).
The few times I'm on dialup or someone else's LAN or WiFi hotspot, I use Windows Firewall (XP SP2). I also run Microsoft's free AntiSpyware.
