So far I've tried everything simple and scoured the registry (not knowing exactly what to look for) for some mention of the info bubbles but nothing!
Any ideas how to get these annoying little beggars to toe the line?
Tweakui.exe/Taskbar & Start Menu & uncheck "Enable balloon tips".
Every now and then a balloon tip will hide behind my taskbar.
I don't want to eliminate balloon tips, just want them to display
properly. It only happens maybe one out of a 100 times, and only when
the mouse cursor is hovering over one of the icons in the system tray.
This issue hasn't reached the annoying level for me, but I'm curious what causes it.
