Like Wayne states there are a number of 'Send To' paths depending on user
name etc.
What happens if you log on as Administrator, if you already have not?
The SendTo file in "C:\Documents and Settings\Your Username\SendTo" should
have an option item 'DeskTop (create shortcut)'
Does that item exist?

I am very sure; it's days that I'm trying but the error
