in their mailbox at their house not because it wasn't mailed but because
they attempted delivery. You see most of us have more than a slot in a
door. In my case the backup would have to be larger than a breadbox & if I
didn't pick it up the next time the mailman would get after me. Can you
tell I'm so scared of them postal types? ;-)
With good reason. I've received several stern form letters from our carrier,
threatening to suspend service. The problem is that vehicles are often
parked by the curb such that it hinders the mailman's drive-up to my
curbside mailbox. He might have to get out of his truck and walk a few
steps!
