Hi all,
I am the only one in the office who uses Eudora. My boss sent an attachment
from outlook. Eudora has downloaded it as winmail.dat. My colleagues using
Outlook are able to view the attachment. Its supposed to be a powerPoint
template. What am I supposed to do?
A colleague stated that the winmail.dat issue is arising since my boss is
dragging the file into outlook rather than attaching it.
Is this correct? I would like him to attach using outlok's file > attach
option but would like to explain to him why it is necessary.
