There is an outside chance that when running at 100% the memory is not able to 
refresh properly,
thus giving memory errors - it may be worth running a memory checker to 
exercise, and validate the systems memory and processor
without introducing the added complications of whatever other actions your 
normal applications may be doing with the drives.
